By accessing or using the website https://dotvision.in (the “Site”) and/or any services offered by DotVision (“we”, “us”, “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services
2.1 We provide digital-marketing training courses, enrolment services, support, and related educational content.
2.2 In addition, we offer hiring and placement services: we may act as a hiring partner for other companies, facilitate candidate recruitment, match candidates to employer-companies, post job listings through our Site, and otherwise assist in recruitment for other companies (“Hiring Services”).
2.3 The specific service terms (such as course fees / enrolment terms / placement fees) may be described in separate service agreements, invoices or communication between you and us.

3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
  • you will provide accurate, current, complete information when registering or using our services;
  • you will comply with all applicable laws when using the Site and our services.

4. Registration and Account
4.1 For certain parts of the Site or for certain services (e.g., course enrolment, job application, employer posting) you may be required to create an account and provide personal information.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

5. Candidate & Employer Obligations (Hiring Services)
5.1 If you are a candidate applying for placements via our Site or through our services: you shall provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information (including resume, qualifications, employment history). You authorize us to present your information to potential employer-companies for hiring.
5.2 If you are an employer or company engaging our Hiring Services: you shall provide accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, and correct information about your company. You authorize us to engage with candidates and share candidate information with you (subject to candidate consent) for recruitment.
5.3 You acknowledge that while we endeavour to match candidates and employers, we do not guarantee job placement, employment duration, job performance, or any specific outcome.

6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Course enrolment fees, hiring service fees, or any other charges will be communicated in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select.
6.2 All payments shall be made through the payment methods we specify. No refunds will be given except as stated in the separate refund/cancellation policy (if any).
6.3 For Hiring Services: any placement fee, success fee, or other arrangement will be subject to a separate agreement between you (employer/candidate) and DotVision.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, designs, software) is owned by DotVision or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works of any such content without our prior written consent.

8. Use of Site; Prohibited Conduct
8.1 You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes or violates rights of others.
8.2 Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):

  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
  • Interfering with the Site’s operation or security;
  • Harvesting or collecting personal data of other users without consent;
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation;
  • Posting false, misleading or defamatory information;
  • Using the Site to facilitate illegal employment or discrimination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
